Yes. Growing up in Alaska we are accustomed to working in cold weather.

We try the best we can to not have this happen. However, if it does and it was avoidable, we will come back and touch up the windows no extra charge.

We will work on Saturday if rushed cleaning is needed. Also, it can be easier for us to wash the inside windows of office buildings on Saturday so as not to interfere with people working by windows. We do not work Sundays.

We use ladders sparingly. Our usual method of washing windows inside is with extension poles. We use extra padding for ladders and put down drop cloths as needed.
