We generally stick to washing windows. There is a chance we will do gutters under special request, but we have to charge by the hour. Our non-window washing fee is $25/ hour.
We are based out of Murray, UT
We are insured for $1,000,000. Our provider is Acuity.
We use ladders sparingly. Our usual method of washing windows inside is with extension poles. We use extra padding for ladders and put down drop cloths as needed.
We will work on Saturday if rushed cleaning is needed. Also, it can be easier for us to wash the inside windows of office buildings on Saturday so as not to interfere with people working by windows. We do not work Sundays.
We try the best we can to not have this happen. However, if it does and it was avoidable, we will come back and touch up the windows no extra charge.
Yes. Growing up in Alaska we are accustomed to working in cold weather.
If we are just washing the outside of the windows, you don’t need to be home unless there is a gate that needs to be unlocked or pets on the property that would act aggressively toward someone walking around the premise. If we are washing the inside of the house you do not need to be home unless a door needs to be unlocked. However, we would prefer that someone is there if possible.

Yes. We can give discounts if you schedule your windows for regular maintenance.
Realistically it is impossible to know for sure until we see the building/ buildings ourselves. We are more than happy to schedule a time to drive to your location and provide a free estimate. You don’t even have to be on location.
No. We use eco-friendly soap and a mild solution for removing hard water.
We count each window pane (separate piece of glass) as a window. Frequently there are at least two window panes installed side by side. For French cut windows they are divided into many small panes. In cases like French panes, where the pieces are smaller than one square foot, we will sometimes count two or three panes of glass as one window. If a window is large (over 4’ X 4’) it could be counted as two windows.
